Return Policy
1. If the product is customized according to your specific requirements or constitutes a personalized order created specifically for you, we do not accept refunds.
2. If a customer requests specific modifications to the original design—such as adding details, altering the neckline, adjusting the length, or changing the sleeve style—we are able to accommodate these requests; however, modified products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Promotional items, once sold, are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Return shipping costs for non-quality-related issues are the responsibility of the customer. If you need to return an item, please contact our service team.
5. All returned items are subject to inspection. Provided that the items are properly packaged, undamaged, and all tags or labels remain intact, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. You have the right to return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
6. Please note that some screens may alter the color display of products. When selecting and reviewing products, please be sure to keep this in mind; whenever possible, you should also verify the display on different screens to avoid any discrepancies.
Return Conditions
For returns not resulting from quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is liable for any loss in value.
A) Returning Products Purchased from Our Website:
Any issues—including concerns regarding product condition, sizing, damage, product correspondence, or completeness—must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Such reports must be accompanied by corresponding photographs; for issues related to sizing, specific measurements may be required for verification by our service team. For subjective reasons—such as simply not liking the item or issues with the fit—you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.Please refer to the full text of these Terms and Conditions for detailed regulations. Failure to report issues within this 72-hour timeframe may result in the customer incurring applicable penalties.
B) WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH WHAT I ORDER AND ONCE I GOT IT I DON’T LIKE IT FOR REASONS DIFFERENT THAN RETURN POLICIES:
The purchase of a fur article is an important decision. It will keep you warm, it can last for more than 30 years guaranteed, but don’t forget it’s something 100% real and not a petrol-based product. So, if you order some fur article and you want to return it with no proper explanation or a valid reason, we would be no able to serve you. Every customer before making a fur purchase has to be 100% informed, either from us or either from a proper fur site for what is real fur.
C) The customer will have to fill in every required detail of the Order form on the site and submit it after carefully reviewing the conditions and specifications of the product(s).
D) If the products returned by the customer arrive in damaged, incomplete, dirty or in any condition which can be interpreted without a doubt as they have been used, there will be no refund.
