About Quilted Down Jackets for Women

Does 90% or 95% down mean 900 or 950 fill power?
No. Down-cluster percentage is the composition of the filling. Fill power is a different measure of loft; the listed percentages cannot be converted into a fill-power value.
Does every jacket have a fur hood?
No. The cupro design has a detachable fox fur collar. A collar, a hood and fur trim around a hood are different parts, so check the product photographs and construction.
Are these waterproof winter jackets?
