Customers praised this parka as "super soft lightweight" and "warm enough" with a luxurious fur collar and hood lining. The windproof fabric and thick down filling provide excellent cold weather protection. However, some shoppers noted sizing concerns - it can look bulky on smaller frames, and sleeve length may run short. Shipping from overseas takes 2-3 weeks.
Парка просто удивительная, стильная, тёплая и красивая. Рекомендую всем, не пожалеете!!!
The fabric is super thick, filled with down at the same time the lining, including the hat in addition to a layer of lambswool, the warmth effect directly pull full, the version is also a great, really can be unlimited repurchase of the brand.
The collar is very large, the fur is very soft and cozy, and the entire fit is loose and figure-hugging .
Shipping was strange; I couldn’t tell if the item was shipped or not. Just waited to see if I received it. Took about 2-3 weeks. Came from Hong Kong. LOVE the jacket. I am5’4”; 134 pounds. I ordered a large thinking a return would be a pain in the tush and I may want to layer anyway. I could have ordered a medium but am not unhappy. It is nicely heavy coat. What I mean is it’s not too heavy but enough to give protection. I love the lining and the fur around the hood.I got free earmuffs that were noticeably cheaper. The band is plastic and the muffs are thick.

I like the color of the coat except the front it ahould be straight to close instead of the gap between the zipper and the closure of the coat otherwise its recommendable
I wanted to love this coat on me but I do feel it’s bulky and makes me look fat even though I am tiny. It does not look good with a backpack on either and I typically use a backpack for work as a teacher.

The coat is lightweight, yet warm and roomy enough to wear a thicker sweater underneath. My main complaint would be the sleeves. It is too short. Ends at my wrist and not mid palm like the model in the photos, my shirts stick out from under the sleeves. I feel I may have received a defective coat. :-/

Finally got my coat today, yay! Love my super soft lightweight parka! It’s chic and cool, totally love it. So happy to discover Firelady Fur! Although not sure with Trump’s latest executive orders, I’ll be able to order again? When I ordered, I didn’t realize it was being shipped from China. If you can let me know, that’d be super. Thank you!
I LOVED it! It was packaged beautifully and professionally, and fit perfectly. Iam 4’9 140 lbs. sleeves just a bit long. A little loose, but loose enough to wear a heavy sweater under coat. I would definitely recommend this coat. So pleased. Thank you Firelady!
Very stylish, love the workwear style!
It can be layered over thicker clothes without looking fat, and it's warm enough to wear up to calf length.
Good quality. Regular user.
This is a really high quality parka, the fabric is windproof and textured, and the collar is extra large, so it's the real deal.
The modeling picture doesn't capture that feeling, it's casual and cool!!!!
The fabric is textured, windproof and thick, not too bulky to wear, and the fur collar is big enough to keep you super warm when you wear the hat.
The down filling is even and thick, and the big fluffy collar is super cozy and warm to wear.

We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. Because different silhouettes may fit differently, please compare the garment measurements with a similar piece you already own. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we usually suggest choosing one size up.
We do our best to show the color, texture, and fit as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural character of the material. For items made with leather, fur, suede, wool, or other natural materials, subtle variations in texture and tone are part of their uniqueness.
Yes. Natural leather, suede, fur, and wool materials may show slight grain variations, marks, shading, or texture differences. These are not considered defects. They are part of the authentic character of natural materials and make each piece slightly unique.
Please always check the care instructions on the product page and garment label. In general, we recommend keeping natural-material garments away from heavy rain, direct heat, and harsh chemicals. For leather, suede, fur, and down outerwear, professional care is recommended for deep cleaning or stains.
Most leather, suede, fur, and down outerwear should not be machine washed, soaked, bleached, or tumble dried. For small surface dust, use a soft dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, please take the item to a professional cleaner who has experience with natural materials.
Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and seasonal order volume. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Yes. Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, properly packaged, and all original tags remain attached. For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For styles that include fur, our fur materials are sourced through internationally recognized auction houses including Saga Furs and Kopenhagen Fur. Eligible fur materials are supported by Furmark certification and traceability systems, which are designed to promote recognized standards for natural fur traceability, animal welfare, and environmental responsibility. Certification details may vary by material, lot, and product style.
Store your piece in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. For leather, suede, fur, and down outerwear, avoid long-term compression and use a wide hanger to help maintain the shape. Natural materials should be stored with space to breathe.
